SH Figuarts 5th Anniversary: "Rider on Stage" Campaign

SH Figuarts celebrate it's 5th Anniversary with the release of these special Tamahii Stages. Each stage are designed with Kamen Rider Belts, ranging from Kuuga to Wizard.

The Rider on Stage campaign will run from April to June 2013. It's not yet confirmed if these stages will be sold separately.

Review: SH Figuarts - Kamen Rider Faiz (Axel Form)

Review:
I finally got my hands on the SHF - Kamen Rider Faiz (Axel) and it didn't came cheap. Honestly I didn't expect it to be this expensive. It cost twice the price of an average SHF kamen rider. It makes me wonder on what makes it special aside from being limited. Actually the accessories are the same as Faiz's basic form except for the Axel Watch. The kit came with 2 Axel Watches (one with the Faiz Memory and one without) and is attached at the left wrist. Another unique feature of the Axel is that the chest part opens up. The chest part is connected by a ball joint which makes it movable.

Now let's look at the other armament and accessories. By default, the Faiz Pointer and Faiz Shot are already attached on the belt. But there's another Faiz Pointer with the Faiz Memory that can be attached on the right leg. The Axel comes with 6  inter-changeable hands. A pair of closed fists, a pair of relaxed hands, a right hand for gripping and a right hand with the Faiz Shot on it. Nothing special about the Faiz Edge. It's still the same beam saber with the Faiz Memory on it.

The Axel  comes with 3 opened Faiz Phones. First one can be used for texting or calling, the second Faiz Phone is in gun mode, and the third Faiz Phone is in gun mode as well with the Faiz Pointer on it. Aside from the phones, he also has 3 belt buckles to choose from (buckle with Faiz Phone, buckle with the Faiz Phone but without the Faiz Memory, and buckle without the Faiz Phone on it).

Overall, the Axel form is almost the same as Faiz's basic form in terms of accessories. The Axel has some slight advantage thanks to the Axel Watch and movable chest. Luckily, I didn't find any flaws or problems with the figure. The articulation is great and it's detailed nicely. Plus I had fun playing and taking pictures of it. But I still find it's expensive price to be unreasonable. It could have at least included a personalized display stand or the Smart Brain suit case. Now the question is if it's worth buying. Well, it's nice to have it if your a Faiz collector and have the money to spend. This is something you'll proudly put on display and brag about.
